技术支持工程师(J24333)

工作职责: 1. Visit and negotiate the potential customers, introducing and proposing the products, to develop new business. 2. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, while working with diverse customers and internal resources. 3. Maintain a proactive approach to customer happiness, identifying customer satisfaction concerns and managing customer expectations. 4. Collect and organize relevant information from competitors. 5. Cooperate and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer and partner issues. 6. Help to make tests and provide results according to internal teams’ guide. 7. Debug and analyze on some kind of minor issue on both software and hardware, and repair some minor malfunctions on hardware on self. 8. Supervise through the production process. Learn and train the after-sales personnel. 任职资格: 1. Degree: Bachelor degree or above in Electronics, Computer Science or relevant majors. 2. Language: Proficient in Thai speaking, reading and writing. Fluent in English speaking. Fluent in Chinese preferred. 3. Work experience: 3 years or above on STB products or similar kind or multimedia terminal products. Familiar with PON/Router preferred. 4. Excellent internal and external communication skills required. 5. Skills of debugging on Android and Linux platforms preferred. 6. Knowledge of analog and digital circuits, good understanding of the PCB layouts preferred. 7. Skillfully using the oscillator, multiple meter, and other related equipment preferred. 8.
