薪资：面议工作地点：菲律宾GLOBAL B2B CONSULTANCY INC.：500人-1000人因疫情关係，此职缺开放先在台湾居家办公，待疫情稳定后再至菲律宾报到。Job Purpose: Be responsible for web data analytics, including user journey, response/engagement analyses, optimization analyses, etc. Support customer experience researcher/ usability tester with statistics, strategy and reporting. Duties and Responsibilities: • Capture web analytics data with Google Analytics or web similar analytics tool • Provide in-depth and insightful custom reports to communicate key metrics and findings • Document user experience strategies and processes and recommend improvements • Recommend and create A/B or multivariate tests to improve user experience and conversion • Analyze campaign data and adjust strategies to deliver great customer experience |
