| Key Responsibilities: 1.Responsible for the process related to reagent antibody discovery, including strategy design, trouble shooting and so on 2.Responsible for upgrading and optimizing reagent antibody discovery platform 3.Responsible for training specialists for reagent antibody discovery and optimizing production processes 4.Responsible for collaborating and training with business teams with advertising reagent antibody discovery services and customer management 5.Participating in advising reagent antibody discovery related strategy and business Qualifications: 1.Education requirement: master's degree or above 2.Professional requirement: major in immunology, preventive veterinary medicine, molecular biology, bio-engineering or antibody engineering 3.Working experience requirement: antibody discovery related working experience in CRO or bio-tech companies is preferred 4.Experience requirement: a Ph. D with more than 2 years antibody engineering related experience or a master with more than 5 years antibody engineering related experience 5.Language skill requirement CET-6 or above Be able to fluently communicate, writing in English and read English literature |
