- Design, conduct and analyze quantitative/qualitative studies to understand user behavior and identify opportunities for improving buyer/seller experience.
- Gather and analyze VOC (e.g. NPS, app review...etc) to identify customer pain points and investigate the potential root causes.
- Prepare reports and presentations to synthesize findings, generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders in cross functional teams to drive improvement initiatives.
