The people we look for to be our Mandarin/English Bilingual Client Relations Specialists must demonstrate several key attributes in order to be considered for this position. Included in this list are the following: · Native Mandarin Chinese speaking/typing ability. Professional fluency in English · A quick and willing learner that can master all details of our product and call taking techniques · Enthusiasm for our business. Takes ownership and acts on behalf of the entire company · Passion for helping others. Takes great satisfaction in seeing our clients’ business succeed · The intelligence to recognize areas of improvement in the company, and the ability to articulate/execute them · Able to work well under high pressure and can think quickly on his/her feet. Able to connect with clients over the phone and make them feel comfortable · An innate motivation to service our clients in the best possible way · Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude · Has superb verbal and written communication skills Basic Purpose and Scope of the Position Responsibilities 1. Responsible for answering clients’ questions over the phone 2. Handle escalated customer interactions in a call center with the goal of giving excellent service and customer satisfaction, ensure customer retention, and increase business for our clients 3. Work with other co-workers to meet the needs of the company and clients 4. Other duties as assigned
