总经理助理及英语翻译(外派驻菲律宾、越南等)

GM Assistant & Interpretor : Main Duties  1.  Assist the GM with internal and external communication to ensure the daily operation; 2.  Provide Support in building and maintaining relationships with key government offices/organizations to further development of the business; 3.  Coordinate with all sections and convey information or meeting minutes and track the achievements; 4.  Schedule commercial activities, business trip, meetings for GM, such as tickets & hotel booking, passport and visa application; 5.  Finish other tasks assigned by GM; Qualifications:    1. Bachelor degree or above in Businesses Management or English major, TEFL will be strongly preferred; 2. Willing to work abroad for longer term; 3. Good team player, patient and able to work under pressure; 4. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel; 5. Fluent in both spoken and written English and interpersonal skills; 6. Able to work independently; 7. High integrity, totally confidential; 8. have financial work or overseas work experience preferred.
