Job Responsibilities:
•Investigate customer’s problems and finds solutions.
•Communicate with customers via LiveChat, email, phone.
•Deliver information and answer questions in a positive manner to facilitate strong relationships with providers and their staff
•Complete the documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends
•Isolate and identify areas of improvements.
•Responsible to work regularly scheduled shifts within our hours of operation, where lunches and breaks are scheduled, with the flexibility to adjust daily schedule, and work over-time and/or weekends, holidays, as needed


Job Requirements:
•Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
•Chat support representatives need to drive the conversation to make sure issues are resolved quickly, with idea that can be able to do multitasking while getting answer.
