【招聘】Ecommerce Operation Specialist
Job Description:
The Ecommerce Operation Specialist will support the company’s Amazon Sales and Operations Team, working closely with them to meet our goals and stay within company reporting metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
· Day-to-day liaison and general operations follow up with relevant online platforms.
· Handle daily customer enquiries and complaints via calls, emails and live chat platforms (Amazon & info email messages)
· Offer support to the sales team and help improve efficiency as sales volume increases.
· Interact with cross-functional teams such as Accounting, Marketing, Logistics etc.
Requirements:
· Proficient in MS Office
· Undergraduate degree or in the process of completing
· Fast-paced environment, ability to multi-task while managing multiple projects
· Extremely motivated with excellent follow-through skills
· Excellent Mandarin Chinese and English communication skills
